These terms govern your purchase from aerisrest.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

About us

Aeris Sleep Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and contact details are available on request.

Your contract with us

When you place an order on aerisrest.com, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. At that point a binding contract is formed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before acceptance for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or capacity constraints.

Made-to-order products

All Aeris mattresses are made to order. The standard lead time is approximately four weeks from order confirmation, with the Horsehair 20 taking four to six weeks depending on specification. Lead times are estimates and may vary; we will keep you informed if any material change is expected.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice but the price you pay is the one in effect at the time you place your order.

We accept payment by credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer. Payment is taken at the time of order; we do not hold cards on file.

Delivery

UK mainland delivery is free. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Right to cancel

Your statutory right to cancel is set out in our Refund Policy. Please read it before ordering.

Warranty

Every Aeris mattress is covered by a ten-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Full warranty terms are provided with delivery.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss arising from your purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant product.

Intellectual property

All content on aerisrest.com - including text, images, design, and the Aeris brand - is the property of Aeris Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or use this content without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
