Each strand of horsehair is like a tiny hollow tube, naturally coiled and incredibly resilient. The hair is thoroughly washed, steamed, and treated to remove all allergens before being layered by hand.

How the Horsehair 20 sleeps
Sleeping on horsehair is unlike anything else. There is a buoyancy that foam and springs alone cannot produce. The body does not sink into the mattress or rest rigidly on top of it. It floats. Thousands of tiny hollow tubes, each one a natural micro spring, create a suspension system that responds to every movement with instant, weightless support.
Temperature regulation is extraordinary. Horsehair is one of the most breathable natural materials in existence.
